1. About Players Golf

Players Golf is a members' club app for weekend golfers on iPhone: find playing partners near you, list and join games, track your rounds, and keep every tee time organised. This website promotes the app and hosts our legal and support pages.

Players Golf is a trading name of Source 3 Media Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12028862, whose registered office is at 11a Jew Street, Brighton BN1 1UT, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You can create an account with your email address or with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account in the app; our Privacy Policy explains what deletion removes.

The core of Players Golf is free. An optional Players Premium subscription is billed through Apple, and its price and terms are shown in the app and on the App Store before you subscribe.

4. Acceptable use and community conduct

Players Golf is a community built on respect. When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information without permission, or impersonate any person;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members, or post content that is hateful, obscene, or unlawful;
• Send spam, or use the Service for unsolicited advertising or automated/bulk activity;
• Attempt to disrupt, attack, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
• Copy, scrape, or reuse our content other than as permitted by these Terms or by law; or
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

You can report any content or member, and block any member, from within the app. We review reports and may remove content, or suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Service and all its content - including the Players Golf name, logo, text, design, graphics, and app imagery - are owned by or licensed to Source 3 Media Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of the content you post in the app, and grant us the licence needed to host and display it within the Service. You may view the website for your personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

6. Third-party links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and including a link does not imply our endorsement. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Players Golf helps members arrange rounds with each other, but games, tee times, green fees, and conduct on the course are between the players and their chosen course - we are not a party to them. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to digital content.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data and forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
